Sunday School

While the worship service is the time God administers His gifts of love and life to us, the Sunday School hour is our opportunity to learn about Him! And since our God is infinite, there is always more to learn. Join us from 9:45-10:30am to learn about our God and Savior. We’d also love to have you join us for brunch beforehand from 9:15-9:45am.

Current Adult Sunday School classes:

  • Pastor Tom Konz is teaching in the Narthex about the Augsburg Confession, which is the foundation of the Lutheran Church.
  • Sarah Weaver is leading the discussion in Room 6 about the journey from unbelief to faith.
  • Whitney Lee is guiding a study in Room 9 through the book God of All Comfort. Due to the nature of this study, this is a closed class.

Youth Sunday School classes:

  • Preschool through 1st grade are invited to Room 5 with Sarah Osterloh and Cheryl Hatton. This Fall, we’re exploring the Old Testament.
  • 2nd through 4th graders meet with Cheryl Konz in the Library. They are also learning the Old Testament and how God works through Prophets and Kings.
  • 5th and 6th graders meet with Bethany Espinoza in room 8. They are doing a comprehensive Bible Survey to prepare themselves for confirmation.
  • 7th through 12th grade meet with Emily in the FLY room. We are diving into the lineage of Jesus.
